1. Who we are

beautyshopsupply.us is operated by HGM Group LLC, 1860 N International Blvd Ste 6, Hidalgo, TX 78557 ("Beauty Shop Supply", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

An order is a request to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm your payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Volume discounts are calculated automatically on the cart subtotal. We accept bank transfer (ACH/wire) and Zelle. Orders not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled and the stock released. We may cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; if you already paid, you receive a full refund.

3. Sales tax

We collect Texas sales tax on orders shipped within Texas. Buyers in other states are responsible for any use tax due in their state. Resellers may provide a valid Texas resale certificate.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship from Texas with USPS, UPS or freight carriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided; we assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged packages as described in our shipping & returns policy.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Products

All products are authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. Product information, ingredient lists and images are provided by the manufacturers and may change; always check the packaging before use. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
